I spent decades performing success. A 26-year corporate career. A life that looked solid on paper. But behind the scenes, I was disconnected from myself, exhausted, and unsure how I got there. I didn’t have language for it at the time, but my nervous system was fried. I was surviving, not living.

It wasn’t one big moment that changed everything—it was a question. Someone I respected asked me: 'What’s your story?' And I realized I didn’t have one. Or rather, I did, but I’d buried it beneath expectations, overachievement, and the fear of rocking the boat.

That question cracked something open. I began to explore how trauma had shaped my patterns, how stress had settled into my body, and how I’d never honestly asked what I wanted. Through my healing journey, I discovered Lifestyle Medicine, mindset work, and the power of tiny, intentional shifts. 

That’s what led me to become a Certified Health and Mindset Coach. Not to give advice, but to walk with women who are ready to stop checking boxes and ready to reconnect with their true selves.

In the quiet unraveling, I discovered Wabi Sabi, the Japanese philosophy that sees beauty in imperfection and strength in what’s weathered and real.

Something about it deeply resonated. It gave language to the shift I was already feeling. I realized I didn’t need to be fixed, I needed to reconnect, realign, and rebuild with intention.

Sabi became my guide, and now it's the heart of how I help women in midlife reset their habits, mindset, and health, through simplicity, alignment, balance, and intention.

My coaching isn’t about overhauling your life. It’s about helping you remember what’s always been true. Your body knows how to heal. You just need space, support, and the right starting point.

Healing doesn’t have to be loud. But it does have to be yours.
